Who we are

A creative engineering studio

We make sites that look unforgettable and applications that run reliably, under one roof. Design and engineering sit in the same team, so what gets designed is what actually ships — not a handoff that degrades along the way.

Founders and startups, growing SMBs, brands and creators who need a web presence that sells, and teams that need a product built.

Why we don't put names or faces on this page

FieldWork speaks as a studio, not a collection of individual portfolios. Every project is owned by the whole team — design, engineering and delivery working as one unit — not by whichever person happens to be the public face of it. That's a deliberate choice, not an oversight: it keeps the accountability on the studio, where it belongs, for as long as you work with us.

What we hold ourselves to

Values

Craft

Spacing, type and motion are considered, not defaulted. If it doesn't hold up on inspection, it isn't finished.

Speed

Fast to ship, and fast to load. A slow agency site is its own bad case study — we hold ourselves to the same budget we set for clients.

Clarity

No jargon, no clever riddles. A visitor should know who we are and what to do next within five seconds.

Ownership

You own your code, content and accounts from day one. No lock-in, nothing held back after the invoice is paid.

Honesty

We don't invent testimonials, client logos or metrics. If we don't have proof yet, we say so — and show you what we have instead.

“One team, one timeline, one clear price, from first call to live deploy.”

Process

How we work

Every engagement follows the same five steps, whether it's a one-week consultancy or a twelve-week build — the only thing that changes is how long each step takes.

  1. 01

    Discover

A brief and a call to lock goals, scope and constraints before anything is designed.

  2. 02

    Design

Structure, visual direction and key screens, reviewed with you before we build.

  3. 03

    Build

Weekly demos of real components and integrations — never a black box.

  4. 04

    Launch

Performance and accessibility pass, device testing, analytics, then go-live.

  5. 05

    Support

A 30-day fix window, then an optional retainer for ongoing improvements.
